This little quaint bookstore is tucked into the shopping center in Fountain Valley as you really have to know where to look in order to find this place. But once you get in, it almost feels like go back in time as you smell the history in the pages of the library of new & used books.

The owner Dale, is a charming lady, with a cat that seems to have stake in the business lease as well. As I’m an avid reader myself, I could help but be amazed at all of the titles she carried in her small store. She even had a section of books and encylopedias that looked much too “official” to touch.

There is a children section with well over 1,000 books to choose from. Dale informed me that they just had their bi-annual children’s book sale. Each May and November, she has an almost liquidation sale of children’s books, selling some books for as low as $1. In total they claim that they have over 60,000 new & used books, boasting quite the selection.
